## Marian Kamenistak

Founder of Engineering Leaders Community, 3,200+ engineering leaders. 3,400+ mentoring sessions delivered, which means very few executive situations he is seeing for the first time. Runs C-level AI programs in Czech banking, where discretion and compliance are not optional extras. In this program he runs every session personally, all twelve weeks, for both clients in a cohort. That is the real reason the cohort is capped at two.
