ELC builds Silicon Valley Leaders in the Heart of Europe. We run 12 curated meetups a year across Prague, Brno, Bratislava, and Krakow, an annual conference for 500+ engineering leaders, peer-cohort circles, and 3,000+ mentoring sessions to date. Microsoft, Everpure, Barclays, Navigara, Productboard, Ataccama, and ČSOB partner with ELC. The 2026 conference was covered by Czech Television and featured speakers from Netflix and Stripe.
