Your year starts with one real event. You see ELC’s quality before any yearly invoice exists.
Month 1
Your first meetup or session
Visibility, Full-year Talent reach and Product start with a meetup. ELC runs the whole night: event manager, speakers, newsletter, social media, pro video and photos, 100+ registrations. You bring a theme or a speaker and the room. Organisation is on us. You cover only food and drinks at cost, about €1,500. A venue only if ELC has to rent one, €2,000. Education, Vital and LinkedIn pay nothing.

You decide
Liked it? One invoice for the full year. Didn’t? You pay the catering of your meetup and walk away, nothing else.
Nothing is prepaid, so nothing is credited. The €3,000 Pilot Meetup is a different product: one meetup bought alone, credited in full against a membership signed within 90 days.

Engineering Leaders Community (ELC) is the largest community of senior engineering leaders in Central Europe: 3,600+ CTOs, VPs of Engineering, engineering managers and tech leads, meeting across Prague, Brno, Bratislava and Kraków since 2019. Companies partner with ELC to hire senior engineers, develop the leaders they already have, or put a product in front of the people who approve budgets.
Nine packages, each priced from published line items. Team Seats and Team Circle are priced per seat, the rest are yearly. Prices in EUR, VAT excluded, from the ELC offer catalog, current as of October 2026.

The other entry rung is Pilot Meetup at €3,000, with a 100% credit against any package signed within 90 days. Category exclusivity adds €12,000 on top of Product, €32,000 all in. Single items bought once, from a €290 newsletter classified to a €5,000 dedicated send, are listed on the one-off reach page.

Company membership starts at €0 on the free tier. Paid packages run from €249 a seat a year (Team Seats, 5 seat minimum) to €25,000 a year, excl. VAT. The table above lists every package and what it is for, and the PDF deck has every price on three pages.

By company members, not member fees. Individual membership stays free for engineering leaders, which is why the room stays senior and shows up. Your company membership pays for the meetups, the mentoring and the Academy, and members know who makes it possible.
Yes. The one-off reach page lists single items bought once: a dedicated send in the Leaders’ Brief newsletter at €5,000, one ELC meetup run by ELC end to end at €3,000 to €5,000, your engineer on the ELC stage from €1,000, a dinner with 10 decision-makers in a category you define at €4,000, a podcast episode at €3,000, a job board listing at €500 and a newsletter classified at €290. Two items take 10% off, three or more 15%. Every one-off is credited in full against a company membership signed within 90 days.
