Founder of Engineering Leaders Community, 3,100+ engineering leaders. 3,400+ mentoring sessions delivered, which means very few executive situations he is seeing for the first time. Runs C-level AI programs in Czech banking, where discretion and compliance are not optional extras. In this program he runs every session personally, all twelve weeks, for both clients in a cohort. That is the real reason the cohort is capped at two.
Co-founder of the program. He brings the business and corporate-data side: what data large organizations actually have, what shape it is really in, and what a pilot can honestly promise on top of it. The person in the room who keeps the pilot connected to the P&L rather than the demo.

How we work
The founder is in the room, every session. Behind the build, the concierge expert team turns your session decisions into a working pilot between meetings, see what a week looks like. And on your pilot's domain, the third expert is matched to what you are actually building. You are never handed off to a rotating facilitator.
