What is the Leadership Pilot?
€2,500 for 90 days: three of your managers each get a seat in an existing circle for a quarter plus two 1:1 mentoring sessions. One invoice, one quarter, and you see who grows before committing to more. It is one quarter of Orbit, the €5,000 a year continuation with the same circle seats plus quarterly mentoring and conference seats.
How is this different from hiring a training company?
Training companies rent you a trainer for a day. ELC plugs your managers into a living community: 3,100+ peers, mentors who run engineering orgs themselves, and rooms that keep meeting after the workshop ends. The learning doesn't stop when the invoice is paid.
What does it cost?
The free layer costs nothing. The Leadership Pilot is €2,500 for three managers over 90 days. Orbit keeps the same three growing for €5,000 a year.
