One-off reach

One thing, once, in front of engineering leaders.

No package, no annual commitment. A newsletter, a meetup in your office, a dinner, an episode. Pick the item, we set the date.

Buy two, pay less.

Two items: 10% off. Three or more: 15% off. Job board listings keep their own rates and do not count.

The 16% AI-channel discount does not apply to one-offs. One or the other, never both.

The package math

Every item on this page sits inside a company membership at a fraction of the one-off price. A hosted meetup is €3,500 of a €12,000 Talent reach year that also carries the newsletter, the job board and Marian’s List. One-offs are for one thing, once. Two or more things a year: see the packages.

Not for sale, at any price

  • Pitching from an ELC stage. The speaker at a hosted meetup tells a real story and passes the same filter as every ELC speaker, whoever is paying.
  • Member contact data. A dedicated newsletter is sent by ELC to ELC's list; the list is never handed over. For a meetup you get names and companies, not email addresses.
  • Introductions. Marian makes them when they fit, and they are not a line item anyone can buy.

ELC is free for engineering leaders and funded by company members. That is why the room is senior and why people come back. A room that gets sold to stops being that room.

Questions companies ask

Can we buy just one newsletter mention?

Yes. A section in the monthly Leaders’ Brief is €2,500, a dedicated send with only your message is €5,000. Both go to 2,800+ subscribers with a 74% open rate. Dedicated sends are capped at 6 a year so the list stays one people open.

Why is a one-off more than the same item inside a package?

Because the package is the deal. Inside Talent reach a hosted meetup is allocated €3,500 of a €12,000 year that also includes the newsletter, the job board and Marian’s List. The one-off price buys the item alone, with no commitment. If you end up wanting two things, the credit moves your money into a membership.

Does the 16% AI-channel discount apply to one-offs?

No. One-offs have the combo discount instead, 10% for two items and 15% for three or more, plus the 90-day credit. The two never stack.

Can our sales team pitch at the meetup?

No. Your engineer tells a real story and passes the same filter as every ELC speaker. Nobody pitches from an ELC stage, whoever is paying. That rule is why the room shows up.

How fast can this happen?

A newsletter section lands in the next monthly issue, a dedicated send within 2 weeks, a LinkedIn post within a week, a job listing is live in 2 days. A meetup, a dinner and a demo session need 2 months; a podcast episode and a survey take a month.

Do we get the subscriber list or attendee emails?

No. ELC sends to its own list. For a hosted meetup you get names and companies before and after, not email addresses. Members never opted in to vendor mail.
