Engineering Leaders Community (ELC) is the largest community of senior engineering leaders in Central Europe: 3,300+ CTOs, VPs of Engineering, engineering managers and tech leads, meeting across Prague, Brno, Bratislava and Kraków since 2019. Companies partner with ELC to hire senior engineers, develop the leaders they already have, or put a product in front of the people who approve budgets.

Starter volume bands: €900 a seat from 3 seats, €820 from 6, €740 from 11, €650 from 26. Other starter rungs: Leadership Pilot at €2,500 a quarter and Pilot Meetup at €4,000 with a 100% credit against any package signed within 90 days. Category exclusivity adds €12,000 on top of Product, €32,000 all in. Single items bought once, from a €2,500 newsletter section to a €5,000 dedicated send, are listed on the one-off reach page.
