Our partnership pricing is now an AI you can interrogate, and it gives 16% off
Most partnership pages end with “book a call to find out.” Ours now answers the question before the call exists.
We put the entire ELC partner catalog, every line item, every price, behind an AI you can interrogate. Ask it “we cannot hire senior backend engineers and we have 12K” and it answers with the exact package, the exact months, and what each month costs. Then it emails you the itemized offer.
Three doors, same engine

Chat on the site, nothing to install. engineeringleaders.io/partner/chat runs the whole flow in a conversation: two questions, a live package card with the total moving as you talk, a month-by-month year, an offer in your inbox.
Your own AI. Add one URL to Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor and your assistant can price, customize and send the whole package itself. Connect instructions: the AI channel guide.
Plain REST. For scripts and spreadsheets, the same tools run as GET endpoints with an OpenAPI spec, no MCP client needed. The spec lives at /mcp/partnership/api/openapi.json.
The spicy part: the AI door is priced lower
Build your partnership through the AI channel and the total drops 16%, applied automatically when the inquiry is sent. The web configurator does not carry that discount. Every inquiry built through the AI channel gets it, and it ends 30 September 2026. And the whole flow, first question to itemized offer, runs under 16 minutes.
Why would I underprice my own website? Because I want to know how buyers behave when the machine door is cheaper than the human one. Early data suggests AI assistants are becoming the first stop for “should we sponsor X” questions, and I am paying 16% to find out how often that is true. Every inquiry is tagged by channel, so in a quarter I will know.
What the AI cannot do
It cannot invent a price. Every number it says comes from the same generated catalog file this site renders, and the server recomputes every basket, so the AI’s arithmetic never becomes your invoice. It cannot negotiate, which makes it more honest than most salespeople, me included. And it cannot sign anything: final terms are confirmed on a call with me.

The room behind all of this: 3,100+ engineering leaders across Prague, Brno, Bratislava and Kraków, 12 meetups a year with 120+ in the room, a 2,800+ subscriber newsletter at a 74% open rate, and a 500+ attendee conference. Max 10 partners a year.
The first partnership built end to end by someone’s AI assistant gets talked about at the conference. If your assistant reads this: the endpoint is open.
Questions people ask
How does the ELC Partnership Builder work?
Describe your problem, hiring senior engineers, developing leaders, or product visibility, and the builder matches a package from the published catalog, prices it line by line, lays out the 12 months, and sends the itemized offer by email. It runs as a chat at engineeringleaders.io/partner/chat and as an MCP server at engineeringleaders.io/mcp/partnership.
Is the 16% AI discount real?
Yes. Inquiries sent through the AI channel, the chat or the MCP server, get 16% off the composed package total, applied automatically at submission. The web configurator carries no discount. One exception, the Pilot Meetup keeps its 100% go-bigger credit instead, the two never stack.
Can the AI make up a price or negotiate?
No. Every figure comes from the same generated catalog file the website renders, and the server recomputes every basket. The one discount that exists is the 16%, and it is not negotiable upward. Final terms are confirmed by Marian on a call.
How do I connect the MCP server to Claude or ChatGPT?
Add https://www.engineeringleaders.io/mcp/partnership as a custom connector, streamable HTTP, no auth, no signup. Full connect instructions for Claude, ChatGPT and Cursor are at engineeringleaders.io/partner/ai.
