ELC Company Membership
What is inside the Team package?
Put a group of your leaders in a circle and a room, priced per person. The lightest way into ELC, from three seats up.

What the Starter package includes
Items marked with a star are foundation items. They anchor the package and cannot be dropped. Everything else swaps freely when you build it.
★ A bi-weekly circle seat for each of your leaders
Every seat picks one of the five ELC circles: AI Masters, Product Builders, First-Time Boost, Experienced Leaders, or Communication and Public Speaking. They meet every two weeks, all year.
★ A secured meetup seat for every person you enrol
Reserved seats at all 12 monthly meetups, held for your people instead of competing for public RSVPs. 120+ leaders in the room each time.
The full ELC learning library for your whole team
Knowledge base, AI Toolkit, talks from every meetup and the Leaders' Brief, open to everyone at your company, not only the enrolled seats.
Team is priced per seat with a three seat minimum, and the rate per person falls as the group grows. See the numbers and assemble your own version in the membership configurator.
What you can add
None of these are part of the package. Every one is off by default and only joins if you switch it on.
Two mentoring sessions a year with Marian
Two 60-minute 1:1 sessions with Marian for a leader you nominate. Any session rated below 7 of 10 is free.

Questions about Starter
Who is the Starter package for?
Companies with a group of managers or senior engineers to develop, who are not ready to commit to a full year package. The minimum is three seats and there is no maximum.
What is not included in the Starter package?
No meetup hosted at your office, no access to Marian’s List, no Academy seats, no attendee lists and no speaker slots. Mentoring with Marian is an optional add-on rather than part of the package.
How do we start with Starter?
Tell us how many people you want to enrol and which circles they belong in. Team is priced per seat with volume bands, so the rate per person falls as the group grows.
Build it the way you need it.
Open the package, keep what fits, drop what does not, and send it when the shape is right.
