AI Managers is AI2 of the AI Program: six online sessions in Czech for managers who own AI adoption across several teams. You leave with three documents your CTO can act on: where each team is with AI, the roles and tools for working with agents, and a two-quarter rollout plan that covers sales and ops too.

Who uses AI, who is stuck, and why. You leave with a map per team and the two teams you start with.
Working with agents.
Planning, estimates, review, testing and deploy when agents work in parallel. You leave knowing which step changes first on your teams, and why. The review policy itself is written in The AI-Native Engineering Manager.
Roles.
What changes for the engineer, the tech lead and the manager when agents write a big part of the code. You leave with role definitions written for your org.
Shared skills and tools.
How one person’s way of working becomes something the whole org uses, plus which tools are sanctioned, what runs in a sandbox and who pays. You leave with the tooling map and the structure of the skills library.
AI for sales, marketing, product and ops.
Find the repeatable work, build the first workflow with the team, hand it over, measure it. You pick the team and run the first step with them before session 6.
The rollout plan.
Two quarters in order, with an owner and one number per team, built on how the manual went. You leave with the plan you show your CTO the week after.

- Set up tooling distribution: sanctioned tools, sandbox rules, budget ownership, and how a new skill gets from one person to the whole org.
- Run the step-by-step manual with a non-tech team (sales, marketing, product, ops) and leave them with one workflow that runs.
- Sequence the rollout over two quarters and name the number that shows it is working.

Should I take AI Augmented first?
Only if you have not built a skill or run an agent yourself yet. If you have, start here.
Is this only for tech teams?
No. Session 5 is the manual for sales, marketing, product and operations, and you run its first step with one of those teams before session 6.
How many teams should I be responsible for?
Two or more. With one team, AI Augmented gets you most of the way.
I cannot make one of the Tuesdays.
Sessions are recorded for the cohort; watch it before the next one and bring your questions.
What if fewer than six people sign up?
We tell you on 9 October and refund the seat in full.
Can the seat go on a company invoice?
