Nobody at your level has time to become a prompt engineer, and courses teach you other people’s examples.
You build one AI pilot from your own agenda, with a concierge expert team behind you between sessions.
Two clients per cohort · In person, Prague
Make what you say about AI true.
You build one AI pilot from your own agenda, present it as yours, and defend it unscripted. The room stops asking whether you understand AI and starts asking you. 12 weeks, in person, Prague. Two clients per cohort, because every session is run by the founder personally.

Who it is for
The program
Weeks 1 to 4. You build working AI workflows on your actual workflows, with Marian, in the room, while the pilot gets scoped. Week 4 is the Scope Gate: a working workflow plus a pilot scope you would sign, or you stop and pay for the diagnostic block alone.
Weeks 5 to 8. The concierge expert team builds the pilot between sessions. Your weekly session stays hands-on and stays on your workflows. You make the calls the pilot needs; the team turns them into a working pilot before you meet again.
Weeks 9 to 11. The pilot gets hardened against edge cases and the follow-up questions a board or a journalist will ask. The communication gets drafted on what you did: town hall, internal memo, board note, in your words.
Week 12. You present the pilot as yours, and defend it unscripted, since you made every decision inside it. Then the handover: your team gets the pilot, documented, and takes it from there.

Nobody at your level has time to become a prompt engineer, and courses teach you other people’s examples.
You build one AI pilot from your own agenda, with a concierge expert team behind you between sessions.
Asking your own team for a tutorial changes how the room reads you.
You present the pilot as yours, and defend it unscripted when the questions come.
You told the whole company AI is the priority. Using it on your own agenda is a different game.
You become the one the room turns to on AI, because you did the work, not the slide.
AI stays a delegated topic, briefed by someone else before every board update.
Town hall and internal memo drafted with you, in your words, around the pilot you built.

Format
Tier 1 · Founding
1,140,000 CZK / quarter
Three invoices of 380,000 CZK. Cohort 1, two seats. Founding terms lock in at first renewal, and you can nominate one peer for the next cohort.
Stop at the week-4 Scope Gate and you pay the first invoice alone. The other two are never issued.
Tier 2 · Standard
1,200,000 CZK / quarter
Three invoices of 400,000 CZK. Cohort 2 onwards. The identical program: same founder, same concierge build, same guarantees.
Stop at the week-4 Scope Gate and you pay the first invoice alone.
Tier 3 · Board package
4,800,000 CZK / quarter
Four executives, one company, one master NDA. The format is co-designed with you before the contract; the Scope Gate applies, fixed in that contract.
Faculty
Our team is unique. We are not consultants selling academic theories or empty certificates. They have built multiple unicorn companies and helped organizations scale from startups to scale-ups to established corporates.

What nobody else offers
Two clients per cohort, because Marian runs every session himself. You get the founder every week, not a rotating facilitator.
You end with a working pilot from your own agenda, not a certificate and a strategy slide.
Any session you rate under 7 out of 10 is free. At week 4: a working workflow and a pilot scope you would sign, or you stop and pay for the diagnostic block alone.
Nothing about the engagement exists publicly unless you switch on public mode. Who knows inside the company is your call too.

Questions
That is what the discretion guarantee is for. Nothing about the engagement exists publicly unless you activate public mode. Sessions run 1:1 in Prague, and you decide who inside the company knows, and when. Tell the team when the pilot works, not before.
Yes. This is 1:1 by design: 12 weeks, 12 in-person sessions, built around your agenda rather than a curriculum. The cohort is capped at two clients because Marian runs every session personally.
Yes, and in person. 12 weekly sessions in Prague, half a day a week of your time, discretion guaranteed. The intro call is 30 minutes and private too.
Two modes, you pick. Sanctioned-stack: we work inside your IT and compliance rules, on tools your company already approved. Sandbox: frontier tools on realistic but non-sensitive material, so nothing sensitive leaves the room.
Marian Kamenistak runs every session personally: founder of the 3,300+ member Engineering Leaders community, 3,611 mentoring sessions, C-level AI programs in Czech banking. Between sessions, a concierge expert team builds your pilot with you. Pricing is published on this page; the intro call is where you check the fit.
Yes, and it usually does. Standard supplier invoicing to the company, three invoices per quarter, prices excluding VAT. The Board package runs under one master NDA with one counterparty.
Then the Scope Gate did its job. You pay the first invoice alone, the remaining two are never issued. No negotiation, no partial credits.
A coach sells conversation. Here, between your sessions, a concierge expert team is building your pilot. You pay for a founder-run session every week plus a build team behind it, and the output is a working pilot you present and defend unscripted.
Seats are limited to keep every room interactive. Register, or book a private cohort for your team.
