In 2027 and every year after

ELC Poland

ELC Poland is looking for 3 companies from Poland to become its founding patrons from 2027.

This is not a pitch deck fantasy. The same model has run in Prague since 2019: 3,300+ members, 40+ meetups, a conference of 400+. Kraków has had one night of it. This is what the rest looks like.

01

Three companies, one country

Speakers from top tech companies at your door, your venue, your meetups, your campus.

  • Netflix
  • Stripe
  • Google
  • Meta
  • Apify
  • GitHub
  • Anthropic
  • Financial Times

The 2026 ELC Conference put 400+ people in one room with speakers from Netflix, Stripe, Meta, Microsoft, the Financial Times, JPMorgan and Apify. ELC meetup #38 already brought that pipeline to Loftmill in Kraków. It fills your venue, your meetup, your campus next.

02

Your brand in Central Europe, social media, TV, videos, events and news. All year long, twice a month.

Every mission package carries 3 media articles, 2 podcasts and 12 social posts a year: real coverage tied to real events, in front of 3,300+ engineering leaders who already read what ELC publishes.

03

Talent and investment pulled toward Kraków.

This already happens in the Czech Republic. Ataccama: 3 ELC meetups at its Prague HQ, 106 leaders checked in at the largest. Apify: 2 ELC meetups at its Prague office, the latest with 295 applications. Everpure: an ELC meetup at its Prague office and the first ELC meetup in Kraków. Partners hire 2.7 engineering leaders a month straight out of the 3,300+ member network. Kraków gets the same pipeline, and you are first in line for it.

04

Your seat on the ELC Kraków advisory board. You or your representative as ELC ambassador of the mission.

Three companies get this seat, not fifteen. You help pick the first Kraków speakers and the first venues, and ELC Prague does the work: the organisation, the speaker line-up, the back office, twelve months of it. ELC has run this exact model in Czechia since 2019.

05

Polish software gets a push in 2027 and beyond. You are part of why.

Three mission packages: €32,000 for the Kraków advisory seat, €64,000 to add the ambassador seat and the Prague conference stage, €256,000 for category exclusivity. 3 spots total, 20% off every following year. October 2026 closes the offer.

Mission Poland

We build Silicon Valley in Kraków, Central Europe.

Kraków is not a guess. ELC meetup #38 ran there in June 2026, at Loftmill, with speakers from Everpure and BlackLine. It worked, and from January 2027 we come back every second month. 3 founding patrons, and the offer closes in October 2026.

Is this real, or another grant request?

It is real, and you can check every number on this page yourself. ELC has run in Prague since 2019, and Poland is not a standing start either: the first ELC Kraków meetup already ran, at Loftmill, made possible by Everpure, BlackLine and Loftmill.

One mission year.

Not a cheap logo on the wall of a single event. One-off events do not work. This is a full year, planned with you and executed with you: ELC Prague carries the organisation, the speaker line-up and the back office for all twelve months.

    January 2027

Formal kick-off and an exclusive dinner in Kraków.

  2. 02

Two of those meetups carry speakers from your team.

Three patron packages.

Per year, ex VAT. 20% off every following year for existing patrons, because this is a long-term mission, not a one-off financial project.

  • Kraków advisory seat

    €32,000

    / year

    • Your seat on the ELC Kraków advisory board.
    • Two meetups a year carrying two of your speakers.
    • LinkedIn posts, videos and newsletters, all year.

Proof: 400+ at ELC's 2026 conference, speakers from Netflix and Stripe.

  • Category exclusivity

    €256,000

    / year

    • Everything in Ambassador and stage.
    • One patron in your category, for the full year.
    • Your brand alone next to the mission.

Proof: Apify hosted 2 ELC meetups at its Prague office, the latest with 295 applications.

This is a patronage programme, not a membership package. It sits outside the ELC company-membership ladder and is priced for founding a country, not for joining one.

3 patrons with roots in Poland in total. Not fifteen logo deals. A list of fifteen names drains every one of them, so we do not sell one.

Tailor the patronage to fit your ambition

Wave 1

Seventeen companies we invited first.

Companies that build engineering in Kraków. No service centres. This is our outreach shortlist, not a signed list: none of the seventeen have committed yet. The 3 patron places go to the first three of them, or to one company that takes category exclusivity.

  • Google
  • Cisco
  • Splunk
  • BlackLine
  • Motorola Solutions
  • IBM
  • Ericsson
  • Akamai
  • Comarch
  • Grand Parade
  • UBS
  • Sabre
  • EPAM Systems
  • Zendesk
  • HSBC
  • ABB
  • Volvo Cars Tech Hub

3 patrons from Poland. The offer closes in October 2026.

Who you work with.

  1. 1

Intro call with Marian. We want to hear your motivation.

  2. 2

We shape the year around what you want to expose. Our missions must be aligned.

  3. 3

We pick the first topics. You pick the first speakers from around the world.

Your first call. Marian built ELC in Prague from 2019. Principal software architect at Databricks in Silicon Valley. Helped build two unicorns, Mews and Productboard. Has coached 317 engineers and leaders across 17+ countries, on the technical and the leadership side.

Ambassador of ELC Poland

Seat open

Nobody holds this seat yet, and we would rather say so than put a placeholder name on it. A founding patron helps choose who takes it and can put forward someone from their own team. Until then Kraków runs out of Prague.

Questions we get

Why only 3 patrons?

Fifteen logos on a wall drain everyone. Three patrons carry the mission and get the credit. We refuse to turn this into a financial project.

Kraków has had one meetup. Why pay for a whole year now?

Because one night is where Prague started too. ELC #38 ran at Loftmill in June 2026, with speakers from Everpure and BlackLine, and that is the whole Polish track record so far. From January 2027 it runs every second month. A founding patron shapes the first Kraków speakers, the first venues and the first Polish members, instead of joining a market that is already decided.

What does a patron get?

A year of visible, authentic action tied to the mission: world speakers at your venue, 3 media articles, 2 podcasts, 12 social posts, and a seat on the ELC Kraków advisory board. The bigger packages add the ELC ambassador seat for Poland and a speaking spot on the Prague conference stage in 22 April 2027.

What happens after October 2026?

The 3 patron spots close and the mission moves to a yearly patronage cycle. Existing patrons keep 20% off every following year.

3 patrons from Poland.

October 2026 closes them.
